خلاصه داستان : موجی از سرقت‌های خشن منطقهٔ یائو تیم مونگِ هنگ‌کنگ را درگیر کرده است. تیم حملهٔ «خودروی ۲۳» به رهبری بِن چِنگ برای تعقیب مجرمان وارد عمل می‌شود و خیلی زود درمی‌یابند که پشت ماجرا برادران یوان هستند؛ فراریانی از یک پروندهٔ قدیمیِ سرقت مسلحانه که حالا پلیس را به سخره گرفته‌اند.

The Yau Tsim Mong area, the core commercial area of Hong Kong, has recently experienced a series of robberies. Many jewelry stores in the area have been ransacked by gangsters. Police unit is given the mission to take the gangsters into a custody, but the operation is not so easy.
